Operating methods:
Fix the dental injector on the working platform. The height should be convenient for operation.
Before starting the operation, plug the power cord and connect the gas (air compressor) or air pressure source, make sure of every part to be in normal state.
Power on(the red button on the left), then START button(the last button on the right hand), power-on to preheat the machine. It shows the factory settings on the screens: Heating-up Temperature-287°C, Heating Time-12minutes, Holding-Time-15seconds. It takes around 25munites to reach 287 °C.
*** For most materials, it doesn’t need any adjustment.
If necessary, the adjustment can be done during this period. However, please remember: it needs to be reset each time, because Restore Factory Defaults each time when switch-on state.
Apply the isolating oil on the copper pad and the cartridge, then put them into the Feeding Cavity, before the temperature getting too high so as to avoid hands hurt. (Recommend gloves for hands-protection)
*** Put the turned edge side of the cartridge to the flask.
Put the settled flask on the exact place, while the handle to fix the flask.
Press the Heating button to heat the material, the indicating light above is green, the Heating Time Display blinks and the digital numbers will reduced gradually. When completed of heating. The cylinder pushes the cartridge and make it inject to the flask automatically at that time. Then holding time display blinks and the digital numbers reduced gradually, this indicate the completion of holding and process.
When the pressing completed, it gives an alarm. Key down the START button again, it restores the factory defaults. While the handle again to full back completely.
Press FOREWARD button, the cylinder pushes out the rod as well as the residue of materials, copper pad and flask will be pushed out automatic too.
Press BACKWARD button, the cylinder will move back, which marks the finish of the procedure.
After work, turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord
